General Terms of Carriage

Information for our guests

We reserve the right to errors and changes in prices and dates.

Late riser tickets, day passes and ski passes are not transferable. Misuse will result in revocation of the ticket, a fine of Euro 100.00 per day and a report to the police. We apologise for any inconvenience! By purchasing a ticket, the guest accepts that a photo will be taken at the entrance scanner to prevent any misuse of the ticket. The photo will be deleted after expiry of the ski pass and not passed on to third parties!

Ticket changes, Ticket replacements

Changing to another ski pass, extensions or postponement of the period of validity is not possible after the ski pass has been purchased. Lost ski passes cannot be replaced. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ski pass reimbursement

Accidents or illness do not constitute legal ground for refunds; any refunds are given purely as a gesture of goodwill. The prerequisite for any refund is the immediate return of the ski pass of the person involved to the counter where the pass was purchased. Presentation of an certificate of illness/injury from a local physican is also required. No refunds of day passes can be given - there are no exceptions! Our established refund conditions apply. We reserve the right to refuse refunds without providing any grounds for this.

Ticket check, Terms of carriage, Instructions by cable car and lift staff

All tickets and ski passes are to be shown to inspecting persons on request. Furthermore, we ask you to follow the instructions of our lift staff - they are solely for your personal safety. Offenders will have their ski pass revoked. In other respects, the terms of carriage posted at every lower terminus shall apply. We reserve the right to errors and changes in prices and dates. Late riser tickets, day passes and ski passes are not transferable. Misuse will result in revocation of the ticket, a fine of Euro 100.00 per day and a report to the police. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Information gemäß § 24 DSG 2000 zu „Photocompare“

Please note that for the purpose of access control, a reference photo of the lift ticket holder is taken the first time the lift ticket holder passes through a turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo is compared by the lift personnel with the photos taken each time the lift card holder passes through a turnstile equipped with a camera. The reference photo is deleted immediately after the expiration of the validity of the lift ticket, and the other photos are deleted at the latest 30 minutes after the respective passage through a turnstile. It should be noted that it is also possible to purchase lift tickets that are technically configured in this way, but in this case random checks by the lift personnel must be expected.

The individual services to which the tickets entitle are provided by legally independent enterprises. The contractor selling the ticket merely acts as a representative for the other enterprises. Thus only the respective company is responsible for the provision of individual services and for the payment of any compensation claims made as a result of any accident or injury.
